Qualified CA for Ongoing Compliance
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I operate a Bangalore-based business-consulting firm and I’m ready to bring a qualified Chartered Accountant onto the team for a long-term, per-case collaboration. Each brief will focus on compliance and regulatory advice and will be capped at ₹2,500, so the work suits someone who enjoys quick, well-defined assignments without the hassle of chasing large invoices.
Here’s what the role involves:
• Tax compliance: preparing or reviewing returns, advising on direct and indirect tax positions, and flagging exposure before it becomes an issue.
• Corporate governance: ensuring our client entities meet Companies Act and MCA filing requirements, drafting board documents, and guiding secretarial best practice.
• Industry-specific regulations across finance, healthcare, and technology: interpreting RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, or HIPAA-style frameworks as they apply, then distilling the practical steps we must follow.
Acceptance criteria for each case will be:
1. A concise written opinion or filing-ready document delivered within the agreed turnaround.
2. Citations of the relevant sections, rules, or notifications.
3. A brief call (15 min max) for clarifications, when needed.
You must hold an active ICAI membership; please share the ID so I can verify it on the Institute’s portal. I prefer someone located in or near Bangalore for the occasional face-to-face strategy session, but any India-based CA who can commit to prompt responses is welcome.
If you enjoy clear scopes, steady work, and a professional partnership, let’s connect and set up the first case together.
