Required Deliverables:
Drafting the minutes and resolutions for the First Board Meeting.
Drafting mandatory director disclosure forms (MBP-1 and DIR-8).
Filing Form ADT-1 (Appointment of First Statutory Auditor) on the MCA portal.
Filing Form INC-20A (Declaration of Commencement of Business) on the MCA portal.
Requirements:
Must be a certified professional with an active ICAI or ICSI membership number.
Familiarity with the MCA V3 portal.
Ability to generate UDIN for relevant documents.
