Provide business analysis forecasting

We just acquired a service company. We need someone to provide business analysis spreadsheets that allows us to do budgeting & financial forecast, advise on key performance indictors (KPIs) that need to be assigned to sr management team to measure their performance on weekly/monthly/annual basis. There is a potential to work as VA for extended time as financial controller to collect A/R, and manage A/R, A/P, Payroll, etc. We use XERO.
