Property Service Charge Accountant - 18/02/2023 14:03 EST

I need a specialist Service Charge Accountant to work for a small Property company in North London who provide property management and require a specialist accountant to accurately record, post, calculate and process relevant and necessary data. Accurately preparing accounts, liaising with stakeholder and team member to ensure the accounting function is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This is a full time on going role. The person will be working onsite, with hybrid working to be discussed, The right person will have a full understanding of industry regulations and accounting processes applied, ideally 4-5 years service charge accounting experience and able to start immediately.
