Property Manager Assistance

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, handle rent collections, process invoices, and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the quality of work performed.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial status, and maintenance activities for property owners and senior management.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
