Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: You will be responsible for generating and managing invoices.
- Emailing Payables and Receivables: Timely communication with payables and receivables is crucial.
- Tax Preparation: You will prepare our taxes in compliance with local regulations.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks: Extensive experience and knowledge of this software is a must.
- Intermediate Communication Skills: You will be handling emails and must be able to communicate effectively at an intermediate level.
Experience in working with a similar company and knowledge of the tax laws in the USA and Canada will be considered an asset. Please provide your relevant experience when bidding.
