AP AR Process Study and Transition

Looking for an AP, AR specialist for doing a as-is business study of existing client process, deliver a pilot project, and later lead the transition from client side.
My client uses SAP, so I am looking for experienced professionals with some SAP knowledge.

We have to take this in phases. The first phase is to study the as-is business, and execute a pilot for 3 months, followed by a transition plan later as a seperate phase. I would be intrested to speak and get quotes by phases, and open for proposal for different approaches.
