Private company bond valuation required - UK

I need a certified or chartered accountant (or possibly lawyer) to write a formal valuation letter for a private company bond in order to effect a transfer from a pension trust of which I am the sole beneficiary to me - i.e. with no change of beneficial owner. I don't care much what the number is, and can do the valuation myself easily enough, but I need you to write and sign the letter.
