Private Lending Financial Statements
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am a private lender and need simple spreadsheets to track income & expenses as well as a balance sheet. Ideally, I would enter loan terms in at the loan level individually for each deal, then loan balance, accruing interest etc. would flow through to each statement.
