3D Printing Company Looking For Financial Controller / Accountant For Streamlining and Creating Financial and Accounting Systems (Full-time, long-term)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Dear Sir/Madam,
For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a full time accountant / financial systems expert. A person who is not able to do, but also think, to create, optimize and automate financial processes and systems.
Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. Which means we sell 3d printers and supplies. We do that now in mainly the Netherlands and Belgium. But shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU.
You will be responsible for:
- Keeping track of all expenses in the organization
- Creating an accounting system.
- Now in QuickBooks you will push everything
- Later on everything will become custom
- You are responsible for the financial KPI's of the organization.
- Collecting the invoices from suppliers and customers (or creating automated systems for it)
- Tax reports
- Investment plans
- Growth forecasts
- Financial Market Analysis.
- And basically all there is in Finance.
Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. In other words, there is a lot of room for you to collaborate with our team on improving our workflows and processes. What do you bring?
- You are located in the EU or in the US!
- You have graduated after doing a financial education. Ideally you are financial graduate with big experience in computer science, software engineering, google sheets expert, so you can create yourself the systems around designing the financial processes yourself.
- You have experience with Quickbooks, Google Sheets Formula's, System Design, Financial Control Systems, International Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting.
- You have experience with E-commerce, and digital businessess.
- An analytical insight
- Open to feedback
- Solution-oriented
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- You are in possession of fast internet and a good telephone

Experience with:
- Shopify
- Crypto trading
- E-commerce Development
- 3D printing
- It's a pré if you have good programming skills as well, in languages such as javascript, google apps script, Python, PHP or any other.
