I'm looking for some creativity help developing a personal commitment statement that answers "What am I willing to commit to to help this team be a great team and achieve great things".
I am a finance accounting professional and basically the CFO of the group. I provide analytical support and guidance by data. I'm available at anytime for the group and a trusted leader. I'm great at putting together models and investigating issues.
I work in a manufacturing company if that helps any. This statement only has to be a few sentences long.
