2022 Personal & Business Tax advice

Need an account to review my personal & business tax items and my projected income and advise on what I should do before the end of the year. I opened a roth and traditional IRA with etrade this year, and unfortunately did not realize that my $194k in long term capital gains for 2022 would count towards my income and make me ineligible for I believe both accounts. Need to a CPA to review my full situation and advise what to do here.
