Hi,
I need assistance with payroll US federal and State tax exemptions since the only employees of the company are the owners. I don't see the necessity of paying certain taxes and need to know legally what we can exempt ourselves from as owners and employees of the company and how.

1. Do you have Experience on Payroll Taxes Exemptions?
2. As owner and only employee of my company what taxes can I exempt myself from for both state and Federal?
3. Do I need to file anything to the state or federal to get exempted from certain taxes or can I just exempt myself on the payroll software?
