Payroll Specialist

I am looking for a talented payroll specialist to provide comprehensive payroll services. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can offer full-service payroll to my organization - this includes the processing of payroll as well as filing payroll taxes. I do not have any existing payroll software so need help deciding which one to use. There are currently 10-50 employees in my organization, so I need assistance managing payroll for all of them.
