Payroll and Merchant Payment Specialist

Hello, I am interested in hiring a Payroll and Merchant Payment Specialist to assist me with payroll processing. I do not have a specific payroll system or software in place, so I am looking for a freelancer to provide one. The payroll processing will need to be done on a weekly basis. Any help with setting up a merchant account and payment reconciliation would also be greatly appreciated.
