Partnership Finance Tracker Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets me run a two-person business in India and see—in one place—how much each partner has put in, what we have spent, and how the profits should be split (normally 50:50, but I want the rate to be adjustable per project).
Here’s what the file must do for me:
• Investment tracking – record the amount each of us contributes along with the date of every infusion.
• Expense management – log each outgoing cost and tag it to a clear category so I can filter and analyse where money goes.
• Profit-sharing calculation – after revenues are entered, automatically show each partner’s share based on the agreed percentage.
For investments I only need the amount and date captured.
For expenses I care about the amount and category.
Everything should update through formulas or simple VBA so totals, balances, and partner-wise summaries appear instantly on a clean dashboard. Please include clear cell labels, some sample data to prove the logic works, and brief usage notes so I can hand the file to my partner without extra explanations.
