PART TIME LONG TERM BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

I am looking for a part-time, long-term bookkeeper/accountant who can work 10-20 hours per week but might need to increase as we grow. We do not have anything in place and looking to tidy things up. We have a shopify ecommerce and have about 3.6M of sales per year with around 20-30 orders daily. Looking to have someone who might migarate to a fulltime role. Key things to do now is reconcile to bank statement, keep track on AR for returns, keep track of state tax filing(currently we use avalara but occasionally due to change of filing frequency and etc, might need manual overide or reachout) In a nutshell our finance is a mess and need somone with experience to clean it up. USA based / familar with US tax system preferred as we occasionally would need you to reach out to certain states as we currently are collecting tax from 12 different states.
