I am a non-US resident and I want to open an LLC in Wyoming - US. It will be only 1 member (me) and My business field is health coaching.
My business will be totally ONLINE, and I will have also some eBooks to sell online and paid subcriptiion for the clients to see my private content, and also in the future i want to do some online classes to teach people about iridology (not giving them certification).
I am new into managing a business and I am searching for someone who can help me with:
1. Advises about how can I handle a company(what to do and avoid)
2. Help with filing annual report demanded in US (secretary of state)
3. Need someone with eCommerce experience
And I do not know which is best to choose (I do not have a lot of money right now from my savings but for sure I need to start my LLC to be lawfully and make more):
1.To keep my accounting in Quickbooks and hire an accountant to help me with only my annual report with few months before?
2..What are the aproximatelly costs for hiring an accountant (CPA) for 1 year for this type of business?
