I need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to keep my car-related records current and accurate. You’ll be entering purchase, maintenance, and sales information into our master spreadsheet, then mirroring those figures inside the accounting and inventory apps we already use. I’ll train you on the exact workflow, so you just need to be comfortable learning new software quickly.

What you’ll handle
• Log and reconcile purchase, maintenance, and sales data for each vehicle.
• Keep the spreadsheet, accounting software, and inventory management tool fully in sync.
• Spot and flag any inconsistencies or missing paperwork so reports stay clean.
