One-Time Financial Reporting in Excel -
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need clean, presentation-ready Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and a full Profit & Loss Statement produced from raw data I will supply. I have the all the templates for 2024, need to extend them to 2025, need this urgently. This is a single engagement, not an ongoing monthly close, so once I sign off on the three files the project is finished.
All reports must be built in Excel with formulas left visible so I can refresh numbers later if my underlying data changes. Please structure each workbook clearly—separate data, workings, and final report tabs—so I can trace any figure back to source listings without hunting through hidden cells.
You’ll receive:
• Exported ledger or CSV files for AR, AP, and the income-expense accounts.
• A short chart-of-accounts reference and cutoff dates.
. All files for 2024 exist, simply extend them to 2025
I’ll need back:
• AR aging summary and detail.
• AP aging summary and detail.
• P&L for the same period, subtotaled by account group.
I review mainly for accuracy, traceability, and a clean layout that prints neatly. Let me know in your proposal how quickly you can turn it around once the source files arrive and whether you prefer any specific Excel version or add-ins.
