I am looking for a freelancer to assist me with book-keeping for my offshore E-commerce & Trading company. The ideal candidate should have experience in offshore book-keeping and be familiar with the tax planning and compliance requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in offshore book-keeping
- Knowledge of tax planning and compliance for offshore companies
- Familiarity with accounting software BEXIO
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions
- Ability to handle a monthly transaction volume of 50-100 transactions
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data
- VAT accounting and reconciliation
- Expense accounting (consulting services, software subscriptions, memberships, office hardware)
- Inventory accounting
- Payroll (salary, pension)
- 2022 Year end closing
- Control of Financial Statements and Reports (system generated)
- Generate financial reports and statements as required
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
