I’m looking for a seasoned freelancer who can take charge of day-to-day office projects from a project-management perspective while keeping a close eye on the numbers. On the project side, you’ll coordinate timelines, allocate resources, and keep everyone aligned so each initiative moves smoothly from kickoff to completion.
Because much of our decision-making revolves around customer behavior, I’ll also need you to dive into our customer data—clean it, analyze trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable summaries the team can act on. Solid skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau will be important here.
Financially, accuracy and transparency matter most. Your responsibilities will include:
• Expense tracking
• Financial reporting
I’ll provide access to our current spreadsheets, data warehouse, and any project documentation you require. Deliverables should come in the form of updated project dashboards, a concise customer-data insight report, and monthly expense & financial statements that reconcile with our existing records. All work must be reproducible, so please keep formulas visible and steps documented.
If you have the project-management discipline, a knack for customer-data analytics, and the rigor to keep financials tight, I’m ready to get started.
