Odoo Sales & Accounting Customization
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I run an existing Odoo instance and need targeted improvements to the Accounting, Purchases, Payroll, Expenses and Projects modules. modules. My goal is to streamline day-to-day workflows, surface better analytics, and reduce manual steps without disrupting live operations.
Scope of work
• Review the current configuration and code for Accounting, Purchases, Payroll, Expenses and Projects modules.
• Draft a detailed customization plan outlining touch-points, data model changes, and user-visible impacts.
• Implement agreed enhancements—custom fields, automated workflows, tailored forms, and polished reports—directly in all modules.
• Maintain full compatibility with the rest of the system, keeping upgrade paths in mind.
• Unit-test and user-acceptance-test the new features on a staging copy before deploying to production.
• Provide clear technical documentation and a short hand-off session so my in-house team understands the changes.
Nice-to-have (not mandatory right now) Company website.
You should be comfortable with Odoo’s ORM, XML views, Python, and PostgreSQL, and have a track record of customizing existing installations. If this sounds like a good fit, let’s discuss timelines and refine the task list together.
