Hello,
We want to move accounting from Quickbooks desktop to ODOO Online for a Spanish company. We want you to;
1) Setup the chart of accounts with PYME 2008 fiscal localization for approx. 90 accounts with year end opening balances as at 1 Jan 2024. You should be familiar with the Spanish chart of accounts. The list will be provided in Excel.
2) Set up an invoice template in Spanish where we can issue invoices, including our address, bank account details, email, website, tax id’s, etc. .
3) Set up an automated invoice to be emailed to one client for rent due every month.
4) Connect ODOO to two bank accounts and setup the rules for auto reconciliation. We will probably use SaltEdge to connect the bank accounts.
5) Book approximately 10 invoices received, with VAT and retentions, that make up Accounts Receivable at 31 Dec 2023.
6) General setup of a new company.. you should know more than me ?
Once this is done and we are more familiar with Odoo, we will probably move more companies from Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online to Odoo Online also.
We would also require at approximately 20-40 hours per month of ongoing maintenance (booking bills and VAT, reconciling bank statements, retentions, etc.) , especially in the initial stages. Our local accountants will prepare the local tax returns, VAT returns, etc. from data accessed from Odoo.
Fluent English is necessary and Spanish is an advantage.
