I'm seeking an Odoo implementation specialist for my small 3-user business. The setup will include several native modules and some minor modifications, as well as the development of a special module.

Modules to be Implemented:
- Website (Native Module): Includes live chat and product catalog
- Live Chat: Manual responses only
- CRM: Minor modification to customer information
- Accounting: Standard modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)
- Invoicing: Native module
- Sales: Native module
- Inventory: Minor data retrieval modification
- Email Marketing: Native module
- Employees: Native module
- Special Module Development: Property Rental Management
- Manage payment due dates
- Track properties for rent
- Link clients within the CRM

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Odoo implementation
- Experience with module customization and development
- Strong understanding of CRM and accounting integrations
- Ability to create a property management module
