I'm seeking a seasoned professional with a strong bookkeeping background, comfortable using Odoo 17, to assist with my financial operations three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Preparing the weekly supplier payment list
- Conducting bank reconciliations across various platforms (Stripe, Wise, PayPal, and DBS)
- Managing fixed assets
- Handling ad hoc tasks as needed
Ideally, you should have:
- Proficiency in Odoo, specifically version 17
- Extensive bookkeeping expertise
- Comfortable with payment platforms
- Fixed assets management experience
You won't need to generate custom reports; standard bookkeeping reports will suffice. Please note, your role involves being hands-on and proactive.
