Odoo Accounting Setup

I need an Odoo accounting expert to configure our company's accounting system. We are not accounting professionals, so the setup needs to be user-friendly.

Requirements include:
- Setting up chart of accounts
- Configuring journals
- Setting up asset models
- Ensuring we can generate reports by posting journal entries
