I am seeking a professional with expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, specifically in collection and account receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection: Assist in expediting payments and reducing outstanding balances
- Invoicing & Billing: Help with the creation and dispatch of invoices
- Payment Reconciliation: Ensure all received payments are accurately matched with invoices
- Aging Report Analysis: Evaluate outstanding invoices and identify potential collection issues
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in OTC processes, particularly in collection
- Proficient in invoicing and billing, payment reconciliation and aging report analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to maintain customer relationships
- Proven track record of reducing outstanding balances
