I need a consutant preferring exp. W/ OPM salary, promotion, frines, TSP, etc to summarize/prepare report of optimal & max. Losses given an economist loss report. Recomment govt personnel actions to minimize direct payments thus avoiding tax liability eg 401k losses, bk &/or front pay tax minimization, tax analysis state, fed. & state liability& how to escrow this $$, modify a simple settlement agreement specfic to my settlement.
