Non-Profit Tax Help

I need help with assuring I maximize our first years taxes for our Non-Profit Animal Shelter. I am a new 501c3 and have all my expenses in an Excel document already. I have only had one small donation so far and all the rest of the money that supports the business comes from the three jobs I work to afford vets bills. We are located in the state of Florida.
