Netsuite functional consultant and accounting support

Wholesale distribution business new to netsuite. We have discovered some critical errors in the way netsuite is pulling and calculating item cost. All or most item cost figures netsuite is providing are incorrect. I believe there are multiple sources to this problem. Need someone to figure out exactly what is going on and to Develop and execute an action plan to correct the issue.
