NetSuite to QuickBooks Online Data Migration
Budget: $1,500 – $2,500 USD
I need assistance with migrating my financial data from NetSuite to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We have already extracted the data in csv format, but require a professional to migrate it into my QBO account and ensure it has mapped correctly.
Key tasks include:
- Migrating transactions, including sales, expense, and bank transactions.
- Ensuring data is correctly mapped to standard QBO fields.
- Migrating and mapping the chart of accounts to QBO.
- Migrating inventory items and quantities from NetSuite to QBO.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with both NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong data analysis and migration skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure all data is accurately transferred and mapped.
-Fluent in English for communication
-Preferably in Pacific Time, or within an hour of.
The migration involves 4 years of financial data for a small/mid-sized business.
The expected timeframe for this migration is 1-2 months. No ongoing support required after the migration is complete, assuming everything looks correct.
Only standard fields need to be mapped during the migration. Detailed financial reports in QBO post-migration would be nice if possible in the scope of the project.
Access details during the migration will be access to the Netsuite csv files, and we can discuss what level of access is needed for QBO.
