NetSuite Proficient Accountant Fluent in German and English

I am CFO of an international IT maintenance firm with offices in the US, UK, and Germany. I am looking for a qualified accountant that is proficient in NetSuite Financials and speaks German and English fluently. This person will be the liaison between my UK team and my recently acquired German team to assist in the integration of our systems and accounting processes. The German team uses Datev. We must convert them to NetSuite, get them trained and using the system in accordance with our business model. This can be a remote position but must be able to work with these teams during their daytime work periods. This position could be close to or at full time hours and evolve to part time as the UK and German teams improve the workflows. This position also may result in being offered full time employment, depending on the long term needs of the organization.
