NetSuite Bookkeeper for a Growing Local Service Business in South Florida

We are a South Florida-based local service business that has grown from the ground up since 2018. Over the last six years, we’ve expanded to an approximately $2 million run rate with 30 employees and 300-400 monthly transactions—most of which are recurring and consistent, whether monthly or daily (same vendors, payroll, recurring payments, etc.).
Now, as we transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite (go-live date: March 25), we’re searching for an ongoing, monthly bookkeeping partner who can:
✅ Manage all bookkeeping tasks in NetSuite
✅ Perform monthly bank reconciliations
✅ Ensure our books stay accurate and up to date
✅ Handle occasional customizations, such as General Ledger adjustments and P&L report modifications
We’re not just looking for a short-term hire—we need a dedicated NetSuite expert who wants to grow with us and be a part of our long-term success.
