Need A Professional CA / Legal Advisor
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We have incorporated our startup as private limited company in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We have received the NOTICE from Department of Commercial Taxes, govt of Karnataka saying that we have not paid the annual professional tax and monthly professional tax as per schedule. But we have checked online professional tax is NIL upto Rs15000 and we not generating any income right now and we don't have any employees working with us.
Note: We have CA, who has not much experience person, here we are looking for someone who have professional experience and can guide and pull out from this problem ASAP, as we have received the time duration of 1 week as per notice.
