Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am looking for a freelancer (Chartered Accountant) who can provide me with a certified statement of assets and liabilities for the purpose of closing my private limited company.
1) Co was formed on 27-04-22
2) There are no business transactions (only funding & expenses)
3) Balance sheet, p&l, ledgers have been drawn till 31-03-23
4) Tally files are available for the same
5) All the transactions are well recorded in an excel sheet
6) Source documents are available
7) Bank account has been closed
