Job Description:
I am looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant in India for two stages:

Stage 1: Consultation
I want professional advice on the best legal and tax-efficient structure for a side business, based on my personal and financial situation.

Stage 2: Execution
After the consultation, I want help with the recommended setup, which may include:

Business registration

GST registration

PAN/TAN if required

Basic compliance guidance

What I need from you:

Review my case and recommend the best structure

Explain pros and cons clearly

Guide me on tax and compliance implications

Handle the setup if we proceed

Requirements:

Must be a certified CA in India

Must have experience in tax planning, business structuring, GST, and registrations
