I need an accountant or tax preparer to write a comfort letter for my mortgage company stating I am 100% owner of my company and that it was incorporated on 11/4/2021 but I had no income or expenses in 2021 so no tax return was required because there business did not officially open until the middle of January 2022 and we have filed an extension for 2022.
