Mumbai NGO Consultant for Compliance & Certification

I need an experienced NGO consultant from Mumbai to help my newly registered Section 8 company, Nambiar Educational Foundation, with compliance and certifications.
Key Tasks Include:
- Appointment of Auditors: I need assistance in identifying and appointing suitable auditors for the company.
- Filing of Initial Financial Statements: Help with the preparation and submission of our initial financial statements to the MCA.
- 80G and 12 A Certification: I specifically need guidance and assistance in applying for the 80G and 12 A certification.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with NGO and Section 8 company regulations in India.
- Proven track record in assisting with MCA compliance and taxation filing.
- Familiarity with the process of obtaining 80G and 12A certifications.
