Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Efficiently managing Payroll Processing
- Providing top-notch Customer Service by promptly and accurately answering customer inquiries
- Processing customer orders in a timely and precise manner
- Participating in Sales calls, showcasing excellent salesmanship
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, and Accounting Power
- Proficient at insurance inquiries
- Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and customer service
- Experience in sales and telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
