Mortgage Accounts Limited Review

I need a UK-qualified chartered accountant to carry out a limited review of my company’s figures so I can submit them with a mortgage application. The lender has asked for confirmation that the numbers in our balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements are fairly presented, and they also want the latest CT600 and my SA302 cross-checked against those accounts.

Once you have completed your work I will need a brief signed letter, on your firm’s headed paper, stating that you have performed a limited review in accordance with applicable UK standards and that the figures tie back to the documents provided. A concise schedule showing any adjustments or reconciliations you made will help the underwriters move quickly.

I can supply the full year-end trial balance in Excel plus PDFs of the filed accounts, tax return (CT600), and SA302 immediately. Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer.
