Monthly Tax Filing Support Mexico
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I handle the bookkeeping and arrive each month with the final figures for IVA, ISR and IEPS; what I need is a certified Mexican accountant who can take those numbers, enter the SAT portal with my e.firma, prepare the provisional returns and submit them on time.
The work is strictly filing-oriented. You will review the totals I provide, verify that everything ties out, generate the declarations for each tax and send me back the official acuses (XML + PDF) the same day they are lodged so I can archive them internally. Deadlines must be met every month without fail to avoid surcharges and penalties.
Tools you are already comfortable with—SAT portal, Declaraciones y Pagos, Contpaqi, or your preferred compliance software—are welcome as long as the final filing is completed inside SAT.
Deliverables each month:
• Filed IVA, ISR and IEPS declarations with SAT
• Corresponding acuse de recepción (PDF) and XML confirmation for each tax
If you are registered with the Colegio de Contadores or have demonstrable SAT filing experience, that is a plus. I am ready to start with the current month right away and will extend the collaboration long-term if everything runs smoothly.
