I’m looking for a dependable QuickBooks Online specialist to handle my books on a recurring monthly cycle. Each month you’ll enter all source transactions, reconcile every bank and credit-card account to the last cent, and then prepare clean financial reports I can share with my tax advisor and management team.
You’ll be working exclusively inside my existing QuickBooks Online file, so deep familiarity with the platform is essential. Accuracy and clear communication are far more important to me than speed, but I value both.
Deliverables each month:
• All current-month transactions entered and properly categorized
• Complete bank & card reconciliations with zero unreconciled items
• A finalized Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow statement, exported to PDF
