Monthly Financial Reports & Forecasts

Each month I want to close the books quickly and see two clear documents: an Income Statement and a Balance Sheet. Once those are in place, I also need forward-looking support—building and maintaining a budget plus rolling forecasts that show where we are headed and highlight any variances early.
Here is what a smooth workflow looks like for me:
• Monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet prepared from my raw data, reviewed for accuracy, and delivered within five business days of month-end.
• An updated budget model that you keep in sync with actuals and a forecast that extends at least the next two quarters.
• Short commentary on key movements or variances so I can act on the numbers, not just read them.
You can work in whichever tool you are most comfortable—Excel, Google Sheets, or cloud accounting software—as long as the final files remain editable by me. Clear version control and confidentiality are essential.
