Monthly Financial Bookkeeping & Statements
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled accounts manager to handle various accounting tasks on monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: This involves maintaining a record of all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Financial Statement Preparation: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements. This includes the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Invoicing Clients: It is crucial that the accounts manager sends out invoices to our clients in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Xero: We use Xero as our accounting software, so experience with this system is a must.
- Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience with keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Capability to prepare detailed financial statements.
