- **Tax Preparation:** Navigate the complex world of taxes to ensure we are compliant with laws and regulations, while also leveraging opportunities to minimise liabilities.
- **Financial Analysis:** Provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement to support decision making.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proven experience in accounting, particularly in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
- Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) preferred.
**Monthly Reports:**
- I expect a comprehensive financial report at the end of each month. This should include an income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and a summary of key financial ratios and metrics.
