Monthly A/R Bookkeeping for Manufacturing Company

I'm seeking an experienced bookkeeper for my manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly tracking and management of accounts receivable
- Ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are collected on time
- Providing monthly reports on A/R status
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, specifically in accounts receivable
- Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
Experience with Excel is crucial as I currently do not use any specialized accounting software. Please include examples of similar work you've done in your proposal.
