Monthly Bookkeeping and Financial Statement Prep

I'm seeking a skilled bookkeeper for monthly services. I need assistance with the preparation of the pay slips, balancing check books, creation of quarterly profit and loss statements, creating expense reports and profit reports. Experience with these tasks is crucial. Please note that I have not yet decided on an accounting software, so flexibility and experience with a variety of systems will be advantageous.
