Migration from Quick Books Online (QBO) to a custom cloud based accounting software/System.

Hi, I am running my accounts using the QuickBooks Online (QBO), however with the challenging business environment mainly affected by Covid 19, the monthly subscription is untenable.
I would like to move all the data from QBO to a one-off/offline accounting system with the data stored in the cloud. I could also like it to be accessed by three of my employees and an accountant. Since we are not working from the same location, it will be better if it’s hosted in the cloud.
Our requirement;
1. Identifying the appropriate accounting software that I can use which doesn’t have monthly/annual subscriptions.
2. Contain all the features of QuickBooks Online Plus. This involves the use of ‘Classes’, various locations and accommodate the chart of accounts and reports.
3. Be able to save/update online/on the cloud. That way, we don’t have to be in the same location to use the software. But we can each access/login to review the accounts.
4. Migrate all the data we currently have on QBO to the new application/software.
5. Be easy to install, learn and use for our bookkeeping purpose.
I can elaborate further on specifics but the above overview gives the high-level view of the scope of work.
