Managerial Accounting Technique

I need two reports with presentation about any managerial accounting technique/practice that is currently (or previously) used in any Saudi Arabian organization/institute. These techniques may vary in different departments and divisions, so choose only one of them. Talk to the person/s involved to explain/learn how the technique is applied, the benefits gained, challenges found, and your reflections on how to improve the use of the technique.
